Damian Lillard vs The Kings
The Kings have given up the 4th most raw points to the PG so far this season. Monday news broke that De'Aaron Fox is going to miss extended time. This makes what was already a bad situation worse.
Lillard should have no problem enforcing his will on whatever poor soul will have to draw his assignment. Lillard is on the first leg of a back to back. Portland has shown already this season, they are not resting Dame on these as of yet. Lillard should be solid to go around 40 minutes each night. At $9500 on DraftKings today, he is one of the few places where I intend to pay up.
Gary Harris vs Atlanta
We know that teams struggle when going into Denver, this should be no different. Atlanta already gives up the 3rd most buckets to the SG position so this is a great spot to attack. Harris has been consistently seeing over 30 minutes a game this season and has basically been "the shooter" for this team. With Jokic off to a slow start, Gary Harris has stepped up in a big way after last year seemingly finding himself out of heavy rotation while coming back from injury. At $4500 on DraftKings its like they aren't even trying to price him efficiently, take advantage while we can.
Royce O' Neal vs Brooklyn
Brooklyn out here giving up the 4th most raw points to the SF position. O'Neal is perhaps the only true SF the Jazz have on the team. Joe Ingles is also interesting almost a coin flip because he does see time at the three as well. The minutes are solid and the argument from people will be that O"Neal is down the food chain but this is his spot here. Utah will look for him to keep the ball away from whoever Kyrie will be on, which more than likely would be Mike Conley Or Donovan Mitchell. Also, Gobert will probably want to stay away from Jordan and Allen down low, even though Gobert is better than them, look for Utah to use the less difficult road when they can.
Tobias Harris vs Cleveland
The Cavs are the third worst team in the NBA at giving up baskets to PF. Look For Tobias Harris to bounce to that four spot while Al Horford is being rested tonight. Tobias Harris is just $6800 on DraftKings tonight. Will be massively owned so be aware of that. Also if Simmons ends up not playing that makes his ceiling vault even higher. This is pretty much a free square. Another thing going in his favor as this is the first game of a back to back, Embiid will only play around 25 minutes, Horford, isn't playing at all. Just take the spot and move along.
Taj Gibson vs The Bulls
Taj Gibson was thrust into a starter role with NY after Mitchell Robinson went down with injury a few days ago. Tristan Thompson got Taj in foul trouble last game, spoiling it for a lot of folks who auto plugged him in hearing the news. Do not be afraid to go back to him here vs The Bulls, who give up the most baskets to Center position in the league. The Knicks are on an island game which looks nice as well. The price you cannot beat for him today at just $4200. The sharp guys will be rewarded today for going back to him.
